Day 1 Our journey begins at 9:00 am from your hotel, where we pick you up to commence the trip to the La Campana National Park, once we arrive to the park we will begin the trek, approximately 2.5 hours long, through the Chilean palm tree forest where we will be able to see different varities of birds and plant species that are naturally found in the sclerophyllous forest, that was actually visited by Charles wireless door chime Darwin himself because of its spectacular endemic nature, and arrive at a pristine waterfall. Once we arrive to the waterfall we ll enjoy our local boxed lunch and be able to rest from our hike before the descent back down. Upon return, our transportation will be awaiting us at the La Campana National Park s entrance to continue our trip through the beautiful city of Valparaiso and to check in to the charming Fauna boutique hotel in the middle of the bohemian hill Cerro Alegre. Built in 1870 with the traditional construction of the era, it s carefully inserted by a famous pathway with an exquisite lookout and is in close proximity for its guests to Cerro Concepción and Cerro Panteón historical centers with views at length of the city of Valparaiso, the bay and its coastal extension. Our guide will recommend the best alternatives as to where to dine for the evening and if you dare to discover Valparaiso at night, there are wonderful options awaiting you like live music, carnivals, etc. Day 2 After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, you ll have the morning free to run through the picturesque hills of Valparaíso by foot to take some pictures, our guide will pick you up at the hotel to take you to a delicious local restaurant typical of the port area. After lunch we ll head to the Peral Elevator or funicular railway, visit Plaza Sotomayor and the Valparaiso port and then head to Pablo Neruda s house to be able to get to know the life of this grand poet. Finally, wireless door chime we ll stop by the city of Viña del Mar and get to know the most important summer coastal vacation spot for Chileans and some Argentinians.
