KS-003: Transformer Assemble IT and OT Transformer for Power Amplifier | كيف حالك يا أخي
In my previous article I have explained about the construction of a model transformer amps IT and OT. Because this type of current transformer is no longer sold in the market, then the only alternative must assemble transformer IT / OT itself if it will make the amps transformer. Actually wired doorbell not too difficult to assemble, just how to get a count of how many needs coil wire, number of coils, the size of the wire, and the cross-sectional area who used containers, must be designed appropriately beforehand. insha-allah I will present in a later paper pack. The principle is the same with the inverter using a transformer PSU 12v to 220volt or 12volt to 110volt. The key is how to get a PSU that has V transformer 12v primary and secondary V 42V. The voltage of the transformer wired doorbell is definitely NOT SOLD in the market. So should MAKE own Trafonya or mengumpar own. The trick is not too complicated khan (so remember lessons in junior high electro know about how to make a transformer wired doorbell ... he .. he ... he ...). For the transformer can be made of former PSU 500mA-1A (with kern 5cm square cross-sectional area). Due to technical scr count, to kern 5cm cross section will produce 1 volt per 10 coils (sorry deliberate calculation formula is not published here), the importance wired doorbell of the count of the number of primary winding (Lp) and the secondary coil (Ls) coil as follows: - Lp = 12volt = 12 x 10 = 120 loops - Ls (CT) = 2 x 42volt = 2 x (42 x 10) = 2 x 420 windings.
