In 1994, in Miami, the ambitious bodybuilder Daniel Lugo believes in fitness and dreams of living the American dream, olivari full of money and women. He decides to "make it happen" ball and a scheme to make money.
Daniel olivari invites his friends Adrian olivari Doorbal bodybuilders, who is impotent due to steroid use, and ex-convict Paul Doyle, who is a Christian and cocaine addict, to kidnap the nasty Colombian businessman Victor Kershaw and steal his fortune. However, the plan does not work, because the awkward trio of amateurs commits a series olivari of part, of inexperienced mistakes.
"No Pain, No Gain" is a film with a story with great potential that is sadly missed by Michael Bay, who directed the film with heavy-handed and without the black humor needed in violent scenes. This film could have worked if directed, for example, by Ritchie. The unbelievable story is vulgar, and never gets to be very funny, the film is too long and gets completely lost among the genres of comedy and police.
